Return :

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the arrival of your order, unfortunately we can not offer you

a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot give a refund for piercing jewelry.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The request must include the information of your order

such as order number, product name, size and the reason for the return.

 
Shipping (Return)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a shipping with tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items bought in stationary trade, fairs, events or through another partner online shop cannot be returned, claimed or refunded in the Claviusofberlin.com Online-Shop.
