Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL & Deutsche Post.

Depending on the time of the order, the product will be handed over to the post on the same day or the following working day. The delivery time within Germany is 3 - 5 working days and EU (Zone 1) 4 - 8 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number when the product have been shipped.
